Here’s what the process looks like:
Order Review & Deposit
I’ll review your request and send you an invoice for the deposit once I'm ready to begin. You will have 10 days to pay the deposit.Creation & Collaboration
Once the deposit is received, I begin crafting your piece, bringing together your ideas with my own creative touch and interpretation. I’ll stay in contact during the process to discuss key details and make sure we’re aligned.Finishing Touches & Final Payment
After the painting is complete, I allow it to dry fully, then send the final invoice and prepare it for shipping.
I’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process, and of course, the artwork will only be shipped once the final payment is received. If you don’t pay within 10 days of the date of the last invoice, your order won’t be sent. (You can find more details on this in the Store Policies.)

Since each painting is custom made, I’m not able to give an exact price upfront, but the total price remains within the price range listed on the website when you ordered. By submitting your order form, you agree to pay a deposit to confirm your order. Once the deposit is received, I’ll begin working on your piece and stay in touch throughout the process.
When the painting is complete and we’re both happy with the result, I’ll calculate the final cost based on the time, materials, and work involved.
I’ll notify you of the remaining balance and will send your order once your payment is fulfilled. Please note that shipping will only be processed after full payment is received. (You can find more details on this in the Store Policies.)

Creating a customized painting takes time to ensure every detail is perfect. Since one painting can vary in size, subject, and drying time, it can have completely different processing times.
On average, a size medium takes a couple of weeks to complete. Size small typically take less time, while size large may take a bit longer. Again, this relies heavily on the materials being used, how long it takes for us to go back and forth on the design, the drying time, and what exactly I’m painting.
-
Since I start processing your order once it has been placed, changes and revisions are not guaranteed. Please use the order form to describe what you want painted, and we will will go off of the order form. If you have reference images, you can attach them to the order form.
While I may not always be able to make changes after ordering, I'll keep in close contact with you throughout the process to ensure a precise understanding of your vision, while also adding my artistic touch. If I plan to include anything not requested, I will always discuss it with you first.
-
Because each artwork is custom-made, returns are not possible, and cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible for me to try and work something out.
-
You will get a tracking number to track your order.
-
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Europe: 3–7 days, North America: 7–14 days, Asia & Oceania: 7–20 days, South America & Africa: 10–25 days. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
-
If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. I’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and either arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. If you don’t inform me appropriately within 24 hours, I cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. (You can find more details on this in the Store Policies.)

Your hand-painted canvas is fully dried and ready to enjoy. To keep it looking beautiful:
Avoid touching the painted surface directly.
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth — no water or cleaning products.
If you frame it with glass, try to avoid pressing the paint completely against the glass and instead leave a small gap to prevent condensation.
